Pros
  1. Good work-life balance; really!
  2. Above-average compensation
  3. Even vendors got a bonus
Cons
  1. Managers still have their entourage, and if you're not part of it, you aren't counted.
  2. Don't agree to start as a vendor; there's no perspective for career growth.
  3. Many internal political games and really a "game of thrones."
Advice to Management

For management in Israel:

I'm still at Microsoft (Aug 2019), but I've already found a new position. The conversion from outsource/vendor was so ugly and complicated, without any regard for human and professional dignity. They declared that everyone would get FTE status, but then reduced the number of positions. And after all that, they demanded loyalty and a willingness to stay for extra hours... Seriously?

I was so disappointed in my last months.
