Great community of developers. Friendly, integration, fun project working on Halo and Halo stats. The team I was in helped me grow as a developer and tester.
I don't really know if I find any cons for this job.
I had a blast every day I came to work.
Management was on key and made sure development went smoothly. They also took personal interest in me, and made me feel like an integrated part of the team, even if I was a contractor.
