Very good communication with Developers and Testing colleagues. Very robust testing framework and clear testing guidelines. Very comfortable working environment.
You can feel like a very small cog in an enormous wheel. It's easy in a large company to lose sight of your contribution.
If you are a contractor, it is difficult to maintain past full-time managers as references.
