Overall positive work environment provided for testing on a beautiful campus.
The environment at Microsoft felt out of touch with the general public and what it was like to work on and use their products out in the real world. The campus felt like a bubble disconnected from people's everyday lives, where they are just surviving. It's hard to make products for people just trying to survive out there when you are off in Redmond, Washington, surrounded by overpaid NIMBYs in their own world.
