I found severe unprofessionalism in HK local management/colleagues and supervisors (specifically Data & AI team and Account Management team). I find it extremely disrespectful, disgraceful, and unacceptable how this company prioritizes "profit" over employees' skills and expertise, without regard for merit. There's no proper account planning or realistic industry solutions for customers; rather, the company's sole focus is on making money ($$) and meeting targets, regardless of obstacles faced. Global policy-wise, things are very good, and including the India/US teams, they are really helpful. However, local management (HK) is really bad, making it very difficult to work with this team.
Please do proper planning and assign employees based on their skill or expertise area. Also, don't sell the solution for only money.
