I sent my resume and received an email from HR with some questions, scheduling a call. This call never happened, and I haven't received any response to my email. They should at least give feedback to selected resumes.

Terrible. This was for a remote software engineer position in Brazil, reserved for PwD (PCD in pt-br). The recruiter failed to identify himself and his position in the emails. He also didn't use video and asked me to send sensitive health documents
