Reasonable compensation WLB Easy work Lots of learning resources MS perks
Toxic environment and reinforcing.
Very political.
Promotion is not merit-based.
Too much DEI.
Weak engineering.
Tried. It only got worse.
Quit and fire every manager with bad results. Why would you promote someone who got 3/4 of her team to quit in 6 months?
