I got skipped to the final round, which was a 45-minute resume grill and then a 45-minute LeetCode Medium technical. Initially, I thought it was two LeetCode interviews because I was sent two Codility links, so the resume grill caught me by surprise.

TL;DR: One phone interview, then moved to the final round featuring one behavioral interview and two behavioral/technical interviews. I interviewed in February 2023 for the Applied Science position for MAIDAP at Microsoft. I was first contacted for
