Good facilities, canteen, and a good team, except for management. Looks nice on your CV that you worked at Microsoft. Good salary.
Bad job, bad management. The American (or whatever you call it) interview was hard (3 days). The culture is bad and toxic. All senior engineers will give out on you, even when you follow the contract agreement or rules. WTF? I need to raise a hand to go to the toilet, or my colleague needs to go pray for 5 minutes? You can't grow within the team, but I was a contractor, so I can't judge if I was a full-time employee.
Be real, listen to your team, and protect them from stupid people working in senior roles.
The interview process consisted of four rounds: * An initial interview, which was a get-to-know-you style. * Three back-to-back coding interviews. The period between the initial interview and the three coding interviews was approximately one mo
You have to pass a HackerRank OA, which has two questions: one easy and one medium/hard (mine was DP). Then, a behavioral assessment and finally a 3-hour behavioral + technical interview with three different interviewers.
Average interview. Nothing special. Answers coding questions, etc., etc. Nothing particularly stood out as unusual or out of the ordinary, so it's alright. Would recommend. No complaints. So just don't mess up the questions.
