SRE culture needs serious looking into
Good work-life balance. Remote work facility. Great campus and good food.
No idea of what to do with an SRE team. They hand off all the support tickets to the SRE team. No internal tool is being designed. They have also recently restructured the SRE team in the Security Org to SDEs and are having ridiculous expectations from them, evaluating them against SDE work. The core strength of the individuals is no longer being used.
