Interview in English with a recruiter from Romania. Behavioral questions, nothing serious. 3 questions in Codelity, not hard. 1st technical interview in Microsoft Teams with a software engineer from the Cortana group.

It was a home test using Codility. I received an email from the Microsoft recruiting team that contained a link to the Codility website. On the website, I could see the rules for the following test, which included two questions (I remember only one).

The interview had two parts. Part one was a technical online, three questions. The second part was a face-to-face Skype chat with a recruiter, a bit less technical, more theoretical questions.
