It is fun to work at Microsoft.
Biased manager, didn't give a full-time offer even after completing a complete semester project by myself without any help. The whole team was impressed, and they had 100% confidence that I would receive a full-time offer post-intern completion.
Managers should be unbiased and fair in order to identify real talents.
