Incredible Intern Program
I had an incredible time, and Microsoft has a wonderful intern program that includes many activities and perks for its interns.
I received a full-time offer from them after my internship was completed.
My team was really excited for their previous intern to be returning full-time, so I felt like I didn’t get as much assistance as I would have liked.
Encourage the teams to be focused on their current interns, not reminiscing on previous interns (at least in front of other interns).
