Variety of technical challenges, fairly easy movement throughout the company. When I get bored, I change groups. A large percentage of employees are smart, and over 50% are very good to work with.
The review system sucks and is draining, especially for managers who care about people. There's too much focus on career development; we should focus on building great products, and career development will happen organically.
Kill the stack rank and count on employees' strong desire to build great products.
