The management team have their favourites, and if you aren't one of them, they make it obvious to everyone. It's like being at school and trying to get in with the crowd.
They work you so, so hard, and even then, it's not appreciated. The culture makes everyone too competitive.
Stop making it like a school playground!!! Have some respect for the people who are working hard!!
