I applied online. The process took 4 weeks.

Screening followed by 4 technical rounds and a cultural fit.

• First round is a python code review where you have to go to some bad python code and explain all the mistakes and how to fix them. There are a lot of mistakes and it is more a challenge of being fast enough than very difficult.
• Second interview is vibe coding, you are given a use case and you have to vibe code a small application for it. Here as well it is more about defending your choices, explaining what you expect and why than technically challenging.
