Process
I received an email from a recruiter to schedule an initial phone interview.
Following that, I had the phone screening with the recruiter.
Afterwards, the recruiter sent their interview notes to the hiring manager.
A few days later, I received an email stating that I wasn’t moving forward.
Questions
They asked me to talk about my previous work experience.

Cons: Still a small org and need more flexible benefits.

Going down the drain really fast
Engineering • Former Employee
New York, New York, United States

Pros: Lots of opportunities to get promoted, looks good on a resume, and pays decently well. There are good benefits/perks, good work-life balance, and some people are really smart and down to earth.
Cons: An inner toxic culture that doesn't easily come out unless you are exposed to certain things. Failures from other companies have led here. HR and employee experience are a joke. Lots of management has been promoted without any proper training, and values are said but not implemented (hypocrites). Leadership knows about this and is a major part of the problem.

Rapid Growth, Amazing Support
Senior Process Automation Analyst • Current Employee

Pros: MongoDB provides ample opportunities to grow and shape your career the way you want.
Since day one, I've been given all the support I could have asked for.
My success story is a great example of the culture MongoDB imbibes.
I started as a Data Governance Associate, explored a different trajectory, and was encouraged to proceed. Now, within a year, I am leading a team of three and have developed a whole new dimension of process automation within Data Governance.
Cons: Can't think of any at the moment. The organization is growing each day, and I think we would know better with time.
