TechOps blew over $100,000 on fake Agile training by the leader’s friend, with no certifications gained. 4. TechOps is a mess, with no offsites, while other departments jet to Europe and Australia. 5. MongoDB’s $200 learning budget is a pathetic joke, locked behind a year of service and repayment clauses. 6. There is no learning support, meaning no Udemy, LinkedIn Learning, or any subscriptions whatsoever.
