First, an HR phone screen, then a coding round, a system design round, an HM round, and a data engineering round. The overall interview process was efficient and the experience was smooth, despite failing. The position I interviewed for focused more on data ingestion pipeline development.

A very open, honest, and inclusive culture.
Approachable senior executives.
Interaction with other business units, like support and sales.
Good pay, flexible working hours, a great office location, free food some days, etc. – all the perks that are quite regular in the industry now.
Cons: I miss working with smaller teams and knowing everyone in the office. As the company grows, the small family feel keeps drifting away.
