Process
I was contacted by their internal recruiter. She explained the process to me and mentioned that they provide feedback pretty quickly.
In total, there are 7 rounds:
- Recruiter screening
- With the director/hiring manager
- A code review exercise
- System design and project management related
- And 6. With other leads, mostly a cultural interview
- Meet the team and hiring manager
Honestly, the process is unnecessarily long. I spent 5.5-6 hours with them.
They NEVER provide feedback.
The reason I received was: "You're great, we don't have any reason for you now. However, we're not moving forward. We'll get back to you with the feedback."
They never responded back to emails.

Explained some project management practices and System Design questions. I was asked to design a system on screenshare.
Cultural interview. Questions about leadership, gender diversity and balance. What do you think about diversity?
Cultural interview. You have to hire one person for your team and all candidates have passed technical rounds. What would be your strategy if both candidates are similar? One is a female, the other is male? With a follow-up question about why I would not give a higher preference to the female?
