Process
I had a technical deep dive with a prospective colleague.
I also had conversations with people I'd work with at different levels.
Finally, I delivered a presentation that focused more on presentation skills.
All of these conversations were helpful in understanding the role and the company. The recruiter was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions and concerns I had.

Pros: Competitive compensation. I'd say up there with FANG companies.
Fast-growing, so plenty of opportunity for someone who's ambitious.
Good respect for work-life balance.
Cons: Becoming overly-corporate and process-heavy. There are some growing pains in tech infrastructure that hasn't expanded to meet current business needs.
