Process
Challenging but worth the effort to show the "Why." Plus, demos of current products and MongoDB. It was a lot of fun getting to work with Atlas and MongoDB.
Keep digging deeper to understand the business needs of the customer.

Pros: - Truly brilliant colleagues and management who support you every step of the way, setting you up for success.
- Great technology that fits a vast range of use cases, allowing you to build very relevant (and fun!) skills.
Cons: Demanding environment: You need to prioritize your time (and learn to say no). The sales process offers good support, though.

Amazing investment on readiness and ramp-up
Senior Solutions Architect • Current Employee
Tel Aviv-Yafo, District of Tel Aviv, Israel
February 5, 2020
Pros: 3 months of a very extensive ramp-up plan.
Culture of keeping the bar as high as possible, in everything that you do.
High-growth company with crazy rates of growth & lots of opportunity ahead.
Cons: Intense, and with very high requirements to tie into a detailed deal process, not to sell transactionally.
The product is highly used, but there are lots of misperceptions about the product and the market.
