I applied online. The process took four weeks.
The interview process was quite fun actually. It was not standard LeetCode style questions that you would expect. It was a recruiter call followed by a phone screen and then an onsite. I think the interview process was not hard, but since they are kind of over-hiring right now, they are a lot more selective.
Questions
There was some sort of design a rate-limiter type question that was not too hard and some LLD question similar to https://www.bigtechexperts.com/companies/mongodb/swe-algorithm-questions/interview-question-1. It was in Java.
