I had a chat with several people from different areas.
In the last three rounds out of six, I performed well on the first (coding). In the second, I had a "chit-chat" with a manager. In the final round, they sent me the wrong link for the meeting.
I ended up arriving ten minutes late because I had to return to HR to ask for the correct link. Although I solved the problem for the last round (even with less time), I never heard back from MongoDB.
I have totally lost respect for the company. It seems to be part of their culture to "ghost" candidates, and according to Glassdoor, that happens pretty often.
A total waste of time and energy.
After six rounds of interviews, being "ditched" without a single word from them sounds very unprofessional and, at the same time, a cowardly act.
Easy and Medium LT questions, and a few soft skills related. Nothing out of this planet, to be honest.
