Senior Solutions Architect Interview Experience - Spain
Process
This has been the most interesting and intense process I have been involved in so far.
I had the chance to speak with many interesting people from different levels and feel the values and culture inside the company.
If you fit these values, you will have the chance to participate in the "challenge," in which you should show how you interact with a fictional customer in a roleplay.
As the name expresses, it's a challenging exercise, and you should dedicate time to prepare it, but you will count on the help of your potential manager.
