Process
The interview process was thorough, but the communication and enthusiasm of the interview panel were great.
The interview process consisted of multiple meetings, including a challenge that I had to prepare for myself.
Everyone was always constructive and fair.

Great energy and potential

Pros: The technology is great; it just works and it keeps evolving and innovating. Customers love it, which makes my experience as a customer-facing employee indeed more pleasant.
The leadership team is very experienced and committed, and this is driving growth at a fast, steady pace.
Cons: Facing some growth challenges, it needs a little more structure in some areas and to oil some of the processes.
But that's part of the journey, and personally being part of shaping the company's future is one of the reasons I wanted to join.
I can see that plans are in place and being implemented, so I'm confident we'll get there.

Pros: 3 months of a very extensive ramp-up plan.
Culture of keeping the bar as high as possible, in everything that you do.
High-growth company with crazy rates of growth & lots of opportunity ahead.
Cons: Intense, and with very high requirements to tie into a detailed deal process, not to sell transactionally.
The product is highly used, but there are lots of misperceptions about the product and the market.

Pros: Talented teams. Amazing product. Flexibility. Growth. The list is endless.
I've learned more in 90 days than any time period in my career.
The rocket ship is just taking off!
Cons: I know everyone says there's no matching 401k, but it's made up for in so many other financial incentives & perks, it's hard to nitpick.
