- Good work-life balance.
- As an intern, your mentors want you to succeed.
- Fellow interns and co-workers are great, and it feels like a small community.

Pros: MongoDB has everything you need and look for in a modern and progressive company. Not only is the product & technology a league above others, the culture and leadership are world class. The 6 core values of MongoDB really do resonate on a daily basis with every person you interact with. I highly recommend MongoDB as a career to all.
Cons: No real cons or concerns working at MongoDB. This is by far the best place I have worked in my life, and I foresee a long future to come at MongoDB.

Pros: Executives and high-level managers genuinely work to build a positive environment that rewards good work over politics. Things are not perfect, but everyone tries hard.
Cons: Diversity and equality are taken very seriously in the company, but that does not include age diversity.
When you walk around any office, you will hardly see an employee over 40.
I'm in my mid-40s and sometimes I feel I don't fit in.
