Pros: - Okay culture
- Good team culture
Cons: - Heavy emphasis on in-office culture.
- Can be stressful at times.
- Very manager-dependent.

Pros: Solid/improving core product.
Mature engineering org (depending on department) and great, especially for younger engineers (average employee age is relatively young).
Hybrid work environment gives great flexibility, and everyone has adjusted to remote-first meeting culture.
Free lunch when in office.
PTO is truly "unlimited".
Cons: - Internal politics have taken over as the company scales, effectively trying to become a mini AWS.
- "AI" buzzwords are being shoved everywhere, which is confusing product direction.
- Stock compensation isn't what it was, which is hurting morale.
- Changes to offices include removing soft seating in favor of more desks; it feels less "homey".
- There is leadership turbulence.
