Pros: MongoDB provides a wide range of positions for new grads to pick three and rotate on each for about 5-6 weeks before deciding on a permanent team. While teams have completely different tech stacks and styles (from system programming to front-end development, C++ to Go, large department to small start-up style teams), they all share the same great culture.
Cons: It's hard to apply for new grads directly, and most of them are return interns.

Opportunities for advancement are null. One person is promoted to manager for every 20 senior VP positions, with folks from MarkLogic.
