- Good work-life balance.
- As an intern, your mentors want you to succeed.
- Fellow interns and co-workers are great, and it feels like a small community.

Pros: - Incredible work/life balance.
- Opportunity for personal growth within the company, flexibility of projects/topics. You are made to feel that your contributions are important.
Cons: You definitely need to set your own boundaries for work/life. Management will not tell you to do so.
You need to be an instigator/initiator. Talk to management often, or you will fall behind.

Pros: Depending on the org you are part of and if you have the support of your manager.
Cons: Clearly, they did an engineering reset and filled the R&D org with AWS people. This is probably good for shareholders, but probably not good for culture.
