Cons: 1. Many folks in leadership left the organization in the last year. 2. The influx of new senior leaders, specifically CIOs and VPs—all Indian immigrants to the U.S.—has dismantled the company’s collaborative culture. They replaced it with cliquish, hierarchical practices that alienate long-standing employees. 3. TechOps blew over $100,000 on fake Agile training by the leader’s friend, with no certifications gained. 4. TechOps is a mess, with no offsites, while other departments jet to Europe and Australia. 5. MongoDB’s $200 learning budget is a pathetic joke, locked behind a year of service and repayment clauses. 6. There is no learning support, meaning no Udemy, LinkedIn Learning, or any subscriptions whatsoever.
