Process
The process was long but relevant; I didn't feel any step was unnecessary clutter.
- Phone call with internal recruiter
- Video call with SA manager
- Onsite technical screen
- Onsite with SA and Sales managers
- (Optional) Video calls with potential colleagues from SA and Sales teams
- Video calls with upper management
- Final onsite presentation/challenge.
Video calls were conducted using Zoom, which worked fine. Scheduling involved using an online calendar to find matching slots. Everyone was very nice. The office was a bit small due to being in a coworking location, but it was sufficient for the interviews. All questions were fair and relevant to the job.
