First, there is a ~30 minute phone interview. It mostly covers behavioral questions, but they also ask a few technical questions.
Then, there is a technical screen, but it's not done via MongoDB but through Karat.

Pros: Very smart engineers, very comfortable environment.
Cons: Not exciting. Moving too slowly, and engineers are perfectly okay with that. A great place to keep your head down and keep working, but not a great place to learn or develop.
