I made it through the first two rounds of interviews. Below is the process I went through:
- Online Application
- Behavioral Interview with an HR employee who asked me questions about my resume
- Technical Interview by one of their engineers where I had to screen share my code.

How can you find the middle element in a linked list?
Write a program to calculate the first n prime numbers.

Pros: Great work-life balance, smart and interesting people, a learning-driven and collaborative culture, and lots of opportunities for growth.
Cons: As the company grows, there's a bit more process involved in day-to-day operations, which can sometimes slow things down. Regardless, process is important, so this is definitely necessary as more teams interoperate.

Pros: Consistently growing company. Constantly evolving. Strong cultural values. Liberal autonomy. Massive opportunities for self-development and movement within the organization. Cons: Keeping up with the speed of change can be slightly challenging at times, both product and organizational. However, the flexibility and responsiveness is part of our strength.

Everyone is incredibly smart and approachable.
Great company culture.
Kitchens are always stocked with snacks, and lunch is provided twice per week.
Cons: Not a big deal, but lunch being provided twice per week is less than other top tech companies in the area.
