Pros: Great engineering culture built around mentorship. Product typically has project requirements prepared before the quarter starts, allowing engineers to seamlessly transition to the next line of work.
Great mobility across engineering orgs.
Cons: Little visibility and collaboration on work across engineering orgs/teams. Not a huge con, but sometimes it would be great to have more visibility into what teams are working on.
