The culture at MongoDB has been a real standout. I'm impressed with the transparency from the C-suite down. The direction and passion of the company are inspiring, as is the core value of intellectual honesty.
MongoDB's headquarters is in NYC, and at times it does feel like that city; it never sleeps.
