I've been with the company 8 years now in a number of engineering roles.
It's the best place I've worked so far in a 25+ year career.
The culture is authentic. Colleagues are very helpful. Minimal politics. Management philosophy is growth-oriented. There's a real sense of purpose and leverage in the work we do. As we improve our products/services, thousands of our customers' products improve.
Sometimes decision-making can take time.
