The career paths are very clear, and it really feels like everyone wants you to succeed.
The job is challenging, but everyone is very supportive and ready to help, no matter which team they work on.
Pay and benefits are top of the market.
I'd like to add that, in general, it seems like the company and management care about your overall well-being. I joined during COVID, and I think they handled the situation really well.
Nothing relevant. Sometimes it's difficult to grasp how all the pieces come together, but at this scale, it's kind of normal.
