Fast-paced environment, things move all the time. It can be disturbing when coming from a big company.
There is sometimes a lack of alignment between people on the sales process while working on an opportunity.
Work/life balance is a challenge; you have to set your own limits, as you always have things to keep you busy.
Be careful about our processes and tools, which need to be adapted to the size of the company.
With 3000 employees, some things need to be more industrialized and efficient.
