The technology is great; it just works and it keeps evolving and innovating. Customers love it, which makes my experience as a customer-facing employee indeed more pleasant.
The leadership team is very experienced and committed, and this is driving growth at a fast, steady pace.
Facing some growth challenges, it needs a little more structure in some areas and to oil some of the processes.
But that's part of the journey, and personally being part of shaping the company's future is one of the reasons I wanted to join.
I can see that plans are in place and being implemented, so I'm confident we'll get there.
