Intense, and with very high requirements to tie into a detailed deal process, not to sell transactionally. The product is highly used, but there are lots of misperceptions about the product and the market.
I hope the customer success function will continue to grow and create more value, and have more resources. Their current coverage is very limited, and our post-sell seems pretty weak compared to the market.
