Executive leadership is among the best I've had at any company. They are truly struggling with issues and showing their thought processes behind most major decisions.
Very well run, they have good mechanisms to remove underperformers, which I have seen in action.
Excellent work/life balance. I am the least stressed of any job while probably being the most productive.
The transition to remote working has been difficult, but they are doing the best that they can.
