The interview process felt fairly balanced, although some questions and interviewers were harder than others. It was nice to see female interviewers, as my experience interviewing at many other companies tended to be fairly male-dominated.

Round 1: Phone call with recruiter. Tell me about yourself, skills, why are you interested in this position. Round 2: Coding interview over Karat platform. There were 2 questions; one was Sudoku and the other one I don't remember.
