Strong culture, immense growth, and good WLB
WLB seems to be really good here (at least for my team). The company has a strong culture and truly cares about their people.
Stock still has plenty of room to grow, and management is really good.
Perhaps the pay (equity) is not the most competitive? But they also offer annual refreshers, and the stock has historically been doing really well, which should make up for it.
Keep it up – you guys are doing a great job.
