MongoDB has grown substantially every year I've been here, while maintaining a culture that fosters working together to build a great platform for developers. There are a wide variety of career path opportunities and many ways to have impact, from public speaking to the Green Team.
Fast-paced growth isn't for everyone and comes with constant change. There are challenges to working in geographically distributed teams, but they are common to all companies above a certain scale.
