Great technology infrastructure, smart people, not too close to the 'business'

Pros: MS has a great and consistent technology infrastructure. As an example, it is very common that a new joiner gets access to all systems and is able to be productive on the first day.
It varies from team to team, but there are many smart people, including managers. The grad programme is very good. I haven't done it myself, but I've worked with many grads, and it's generally a very good experience.
Cons: In my team, I didn't have much exposure to the 'business.' We didn't sit with the traders; we had separate social events, and I really could feel like I was an inferior employee, physically separated from the 'important' guys.
