C# .NET WPF Interview Experience - Bengaluru, India

Process

The process was very hectic and time-wasting. There were four rounds: two were telephonic interviews from Mumbai, and two rounds were with a two-person panel from the Bangalore office.

The telephonic discussions lasted for more than two hours. The face-to-face interviews were four hours long.

I answered all the questions but was still not selected. The interviewers themselves seemed confused and asked some non-technical questions.

I would request the HR department to assign technical interviews to more competent individuals. The questions were not fair.

I advise future candidates to avoid these interviews; otherwise, you will also feel anguish.

I am sharing this not out of frustration.

Questions

Multithreading, Data structures. How to search text in a 10 GB file. No logical questions, only "pen and paper" types of questions.
