C++ Software Developer Interview Experience - Budapest, Hungary

Process

Round 1: A phone interview with basic technical questions.

Round 2: A 1.5-hour video interview with my future team. This included harder technical questions and programming-independent logical questions.

Round 3: An HR phone interview about expectations and salary.

Round 4: A video interview with management, focusing solely on technical questions.

Round 5 (if it counts): My HR contact stated, "It's not an interview, just an informal team fit video chat with your team." However, it felt like an interview filled with technical questions.

After this, a few weeks passed. I inquired with HR about my process, but received no response; they disappeared.

It appears Morgan Stanley is an indecisive and dishonest company.
