The first interview was with two support team members and was reasonably casual.
The second interview was with a higher-up. I was barraged with irrelevant technical questions and interrogated on my qualifications.
There were no further interviews after that.

Pros: Good benefits, good salary, friendly working atmosphere, and working from home is allowed (depending on the team and project).
Cons: Some projects have very tight deadlines, which introduces a high stress level.
