Pros: What a great place to work. For them to be able to keep such a high ratio of senior people that have seen it all, tells you a lot. Doing the occasional interview with other companies makes you realize that further. Diversity can turn tribal, as you often see teams that are 90% composed of one national origin, speaking their own language at work. They work to fix it, but it's very hard when people's national origin is very hard to determine. Innovation for promotion: Everyone is trying to build that next hot internal tool that will see wide adoption. They will not adopt a competing product or contribute to a competing product because they want their product to win. It is the price to pay to have a highly dynamic tech space.
